Hello.

My name is J.R. Crook, or as my friends know me, Jamie.  I am a writer currently living in Ealing, London. Thanks for visiting my site.

I am an author of literary fiction, for lack of a better term. My debut novel, SLEEPING PATTERNS, was published by Legend Press on 1st July 2012. It won an award – the 2011 Luke Bitmead Writers’ Bursary.

I am interested in experimentalism, writer-reader relations and to a lesser extent, literary theory. I like space as much as I do words. I like Modernism.
